The Art of  Dreaming

Awakening Through Practice

In this 5-week course, we will explore a variety of dreaming practices, drawing from Shamanic traditions, Western psychology, and ancient rituals to deepen our connection with the dream world. Through consistent practice and intention, we will unravel the symbolic, metaphorical, and multi-layered meanings of our dreams.

Together, we will build a foundation for cultivating your dreaming practice, exploring topics such as personal, collective, and planetary healing, dream re-entry, and somatic integration of dreams. This sacred space is designed for dreamers of all levels to enhance their practice and develop tools for a deeper, evolving relationship with the Soul through conscious dreaming. These practices offer profound benefits, including healing, insight, guidance, and growth, both personally and collectively.

Opening up Doorways of Perception:
Tools and Practices for Personal, Spiritual and Psychic development.

 

In this Six week course we will focus on specific meditative practices to Cultivate Intuition, Awaken the Pineal Gland, and Activate the Merkaba Light Body. Through regular practice we deepen, and develop our skills for sensing, attuning and perceiving in the subtle realms.( Internally and externally) Essentially, opening up to aspects of our nature that have been dulled or dormant for a variety of reasons. In working these 'perceptual muscles' our natural abilities of clairaudience, clairsentience, clairgustance, clairvoyance, clairsalience, and claircognizance begin to awaken, allowing for greater levels of clarity, vibrancy and awareness to emerge, as we navigate our life's journey.

Together we will establish a solid foundation for the practice, deepening relationship with specific aspects of the self, while exploring the subtle realms of the Elementals. We will then safely and consciously delve into Parallel Life Integration & Soul Retrieval, to support Personal and Collective Healing, Awakening, Integration, and Wholeness.

Shamanic Journeying is a deep meditative practice that supports one in moving into non-ordinary states of reality. This conscious dreaming practice is guided by the art of intention, skillful questioning, and the rhythm of the drum, or rattle.

Mindfulness meditation
Jon Kabat Zinn defines mindfulness as, “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally."
 
To put it very simply, in mindfulness meditation we are exercising the 'muscle of attention' which over time and with regular practice creates structural changes in the brain that supports our mental/emotional and physical well being. Through the practice we also begin to purify and cleanse the doorways of our perception essentially changing our experience of ourself and the world in which we live.
 
As we cultivate mindfulness and integrate the practice and techniques into our lives we actively reduce stress, anxiety, depression and various physical and mental imbalances while increasing states of peace, gratitude, presence, joy and love. 
 

 IAM Yoga Nidra
I am Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice that incorporates breath and body awareness techniques with intention to enter into a deeply restorative and transformative state of being.
 
It is a sleep based meditation technique that has all the benefits of mindfulness practice and more.It is considered to be a form of psychic dreaming.
 
This guided experience will take you into Alpha, Theta and Delta brain wave states to activate deep healing, regeneration and balancing of the body/mind while simultaneously opening up gateways of consciousness. 
 
I find this effortless, non-doing practice extremely profound and transformative on a multitude of levels.

Omnipresent Presence
 
That which observes all of our thoughts words, emotions and actions is Awareness.
 
Awareness is an extension of our being.
It is empty of thoughts, images and symbols.
It lives in deep silence. 
It is not bound by time or space. 
It has no where to go, it needs no time and no space to exist.

Awareness is Omnipresent;
It embraces everyone, everywhere, unconditionally.
There are no highs and lows to it.
It is a steady, unwavering presence.
There is nothing you can add to it to make it more.
There is nothing you can take out of it that will make it less.
It is self -fulfilling, self-luminous.
 It is not the effect or the cause; it is the source of all that exists.
